I spend 4 coinsin the shop to buy money. My balance no increased. I using wifi. I have ios and app.softwear 13.3. I spend tokens for no money or engine..thats all! What is the solution ?

So here 4 tokens used and my balance did not increase. By the way, this was not my first time and happened to me at least 3 times with even more tokens. I use my desktop computer and using chrome (WiFi).
