Odd Differences

I have three teams in this game, but this only concerns two.

My third is in pro tier with 85% on all components, level 5 (level 6 after today's race), 7 people in the race
My second is in elite tier  with 1% on all components, level 8. Just me in the race (new league only recently got a full rookie, a few in pro)

My second team is lapping faster than everyone in the race with my third team.. 

The point of this is just to say that he difference between levels in this game is waayyyyyy tooooo big.
I'm sure like most things in this game, most people have experienced it too.


I think the car % and i guess driver level should have more impact than manager level..
(Yes iKnow you can only hire drivers at your level but you can train them to higher levels)

I just created my 2nd team back then (Stanley King Junior Racing Team). First EVER race (probably at manager level 1).  Race # 8 (So, I already missed 7 races)

Most of the people around me are at level 3,4,5,6.

If your philosophy were right, then, I should have finished at the back of the pack. But why did i finished 8 & 9? (ahead of 23 drivers)

Take a look at the lap times I generated.
I'm 6th and 7th fastest.

What I have: Car development are at the minimum and Drivers that are not as good as yours.

Have you seen what I'm saying. Manager levels' only advantage over the others is the DRS at 4, KERS at 6. Also The facilites he invested in (of course, to be unlocked at a certain level)..

I think you misunderstood. I'm not complaining.. 
In short, I basically said its odd for a car with 1% components to be faster than a car with 60-80%.

This is my third team afterall, I know this game pretty well.
