Can i get my money back .. this is not fair

Wat probeerde je te doen?
Somebody rest all of it but the level of the car is not in line with what it should be !!! Lower but not in line with the strengts of the separate parts .. of the last game ... tires and feull way to low Can i get my money back??

Now the game has been reset but the level of the car is very bad and not in line with the last reset .. levels where the tires and the fuell where very high compare to the others and now everything

Thats the easy way .. how can my problem be solved.. ??i understand that when the new game starts the levels are lower taht not the problem but  When the different levels are not in line with the different /compere levels of parts of the car in the last game compare to the new game the money of investments will be gone .. this is not fair!!!
