The Pro Tier

So there are a lot of leagues wanting active Pro and rookies. Rookies come and go, but the Pros are still here. Where are they? They are sitting in the bottom of Elite. It's no secret that there are a million active Elite tiers. Many of them are full of lvl 18+. And the others.... they have a cellar full of "Pros". 

But an active Pro tier?....... I've found 3 really good ones (English), and a lot of bad ones... So the answer to everyone's problem lies in the hands of these lvl 12-16 managers... Don't stay in elite! Relegate yourself! Join hands with your fellow compadres. I believe that it will make the game more healthy. A Pro Tier full of 13-16 is a beautiful thing..... 

League hosts: Talk to your managers. Remind them of the fun they had in Pro. Don't lose them. 

EDIT: Yes, I get it. Being in a tier full of high level managers let's you level faster... Why? So you can race competitively? You can do that in Pro! And make the game better for everyone else. Win Pro 4 seasons straight, and then come play....

EDIT: To the devs, put a restriction on promotions. You have to win Pro AND be lvl 17 to move up....

David, Come join my league then.  We have a lot of competitive Pro racers that you mention.  Winning the championship in Pro is a huge step.  Although their are couple guys that are lvl 18+ in pro that don't race all the time but come race if you can.  We have a few spots open.

League not found or inactive

Nah.... Wrong race distance, wrong race days... 
But it does looks like a nice Pro Tier. How many of those Pro's will attend the race tho?

We have 7 managers in pro, 75% distance and no races in weekends. If that suits you, you’re always welcome to take a peek

I'm aware of your league. It's solid. But again, some of those Pro's are really Elite.. 

Which begs the question. What's the perfect League/Tier composition?

Elite: 50% lvl 20-19 | 50% lvl 18-17
Pro: 50% lvl 16-15 | 50% lvl 14-13
Rookie: 100% lvl 12 and under

I'd like to see someone forcibly maintain this structure. It would require a main league, and a development league at the least. 

What a cool idea. Create a 32 team league with 16 slots available for 20-19s, and 16 for 18-17s.... When those 16  slots are taken, doors are closed... (Also for Pro) No promotion/relegation... During the season, managers level up, so at season end, structure is restored by moving managers to "B League". Who gets moved? Fight for it! Have a quick race! ( psst..  let me tell you a secret.... I like quick races)

I'm fully aware that account level doesn't dictate manager skill. 

P.S. I'm not looking for a league to join. But you guys can continue to post your leagues here for other "Pros" if you think your league has this puzzle solved.

Actually, now that I think about it. If the game put a level restriction on Tiers, it would create this dream league. That would mean that a level 17-20 that gets relegated, is kicked! (Because they are ineligible for Pro). I am a genius! Hahahaha
