One the first press for training, the health will decrease, but the training doesn't increase.

Health lower, no gain for training

Yes, has been happening for weeks. Finally made the post to declare the issue.
Additional comments:
While my manager level is too low for my driver, the 3 point gain that I get for training, not getting the points is a bummer.

Training amounts will only increase once the grey bar reaches 100+.
Sometimes, it can come up NO CHANGE, if the category that is being changed, is already fully trained.

My driver isn't maxxed out, I'm trying to use the basic ? function to train. When I do the first session I don't get the training again towards 100

You have a level 16 driver. You are a level 14 manager. When your driver's level is greater than or equal to your level, training will be limited to 3 pts per training.
