Does it fill up with drivers after races or periodically like design updates

After each race

One driver per race or after a race its full and if its empty, after a race it gets full

If you have not bought the extra spaces... Then it's up to 5 new drivers per race.. (Depending on how many spaces you have open.)

Kick all the ones you don't want.. keep the one(s) you do and the next race. you'll have a new set..

Yeah I would assume they wouldn't age until you have them under contract.

when a driver reaches 100% race ready, does it make any difference if you sign them immediately or a few races after

When you release the driver to the market, do they come out at the same skill level as your team or start out as a #1??????
