I wanted to know how does drivers health works. Since I have a driver with a low health : http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=team-driver/59646, I want to know how can I improve it.
I can increase it by train the doctor to maintain the original state. And I can also improve it by train the physical part of the driver.

And the problem is that I want to increase staff skills and other drivers skills and I can't do it because of the drivers health, I don't want it to decrease.

Is there other way to make the health stable?

Sorry for my english...

I would just concentrate on training physical. It's one of the more important skills and also makes sure your driver can keep up the pace all race long. That also has a good effect on your drivers performance.

There are no other ways than physical training and training the doctor I'm afraid.

So the best bet is to increase driver's physical skill? And what about the other skills?

I think drivers health decreases more quickly if you are on push or above during a race - so if you don't want him to deteriorate too quickly over time, then keep the strategy at level or play safe for a few races.

That's Incorrect Jake, the driver health will go down by 1 each race and that is set.

In terms of improving driver health, there are two options.
1) Use the team training which will increase the health by 1 and hence maintain the level.
2) Use driver physical training which will increase the health by 2, hence meaning an impovement of 1 each time.

Ofcourse as Arthur said, you can just wear down health and then replenish health.

Hope this answer helps,

Jake might have been talking about how the driver's health goes down in a live race from how I took it.  But after a race is over it goes back up to 1% less than what you originally started with.

For example say you start a race with 100% health, and after a 25% distance like my league is, it goes down to 80-85% ish....then it goes to 99% after the race is completed.

What Deep said though is very true, and is vital to keep pace in races, if you want to compete for points, wins, and championships.  Part of the reason how I won my 1st double championship was Physical training.
