Why is my TD only 4.5 stars rating lvl19  if they are 20 tal  20 exp  20 mor  50 years old, My team is level 20

Welcome to the world of level 20 managers.  Staff members with those attributes can be level 18 or 19 and have 4.5 stars, or a level 19 with 5 stars.  Sounds fun, right?

Been playing a long time and just realised that another manager in my league has 5 star staff who are less rated than mine but attribute a higher Season starting car design because they have 5 stars. WTF... lol
