would like to see some races either start wet and dry up or start dry and end wet. This would make it little more interesting. Just a suggestion

That would mean a move towards random, fake weather. As it stands, we have (most of the times) the actual weather of the places. That keeps it realistic, so I am not in favour of such a change.

In fact, the race could start Dry and end up in wet, based on the actual weather of the places. I do not know if the opposite happens too, or if it could happen two changes of weather at the same race.

We already have this but I admit it doesn't happen very often. I have competed in a race that started dry, rain came part way through the race and then the rain stopped again.

We recently had 3 wet races in a week. One dried up after rain stopped after a third of the distance:
