Hi I seem to have a problem with my league. I have 1 team stuck in pro, that I would like to be promoted to elite, but the auto system has not worked. I think this may be why my rookie league is empty, people play and haven't been promoted etc etc.
Can someone please look into this for me? I have been through the settings several times with no luck.

The tier must be at least half full in order to activate Promotion and relegation. Because there is only 1 member in Pro, promotion is not activated in Pro.

Ahh right, but the poor lad can't even race now as he's the only guy in the league. Is there a way of getting him bumped to elite? as a short term fix while I try to get some more racers?
