I also haven't get my money. In daily deals I can see that I bought this daily deal but there is no money and I have no tokens too.

I bought it yesterday around 11pm (Brasilia-Brazil time) in the daily bonus ... It was 13 Tokens to win 16.1 million ...

Hello @katherine, it seems a lot of people are having issues with this problem and a few individuals are still waiting on a resolution. I purchased the bundle to get out of debt and in the time since this occurred, i achieved this goal naturally. If I could have the tokens (just the ones I spent) instead of the money, I would be happy and without complaint. If this is not possible, I understand. Thank you.

Yes, the daily deal still throws up quite some issues in regard of paying out and it's a quite stubborn, elusive problem 'successfully' surviving the attempts to fix it so far, but the devs are on it.
I've escalated it again so the still unsolved cases can be fixed in a timely manner.
@Mr. Ferrari: I updated support with your request to get token back instead, I'm pretty sure that should be possible.
