Physical skills keeps going backwards

I'm trying to get my driver ( http://igpmanager.com/play/?url=team-driver/65879 ) to a lvl 20 stamina and reflexes. For the last 5 or 6 races I've started my races with 19/20 or 20/19 reflexes/stamina and after every race it's back at 19/19 again.

Except for one, after all of those races I've trained physical for my driver. Normaly it would take skills some races to drop down a bit but not after every single race I presume? It's getting annoying to see training wasted which could have been used at other skills.

I've had that too.. I just ignored it and stopped training it.

The working theory is that before the race, its something like,  19.something/20.something and after the race, its 19.somthing-0.something/20-0.something so it ends up being 19/19

I would expect a skill to drop back to 19 if you go lower than 19.5 or something. Not if it's at 19.9 for example.

But if you train a skill you get +1 so either way it should be at the full 20 again. After last race, stamina was back at 19 again while it was trained to 20 the race before. That's just to much after a single race and it would mean you would never be able to get a single skill to stay at 20 for some races. It would also be strange since it doesn't happen with skill levels from 1-19.

Yeah.. Especially when the driver has 100% health, makes no sense.

No, it doesn't work the same as fuel.

19.99 will read as 19. Don't worry about it lol. It will take a good 10 races or more to drop from 19 to 18.

Don't worry Tjerk, attributes never stay at 20 after you've completed a race. A skill at 19 means it is within a range of 19.0 - 19.99999999999 :D You can see if it is closer to 19 or 20 on the green bar (no need in training if within a couple of pixels from full)

Ah.. never to old to learn then. It just felt very strange but now you mention it Arthur , I took a close look at the bars and indeed they show differences. Never noticed that untill now.

Although it could do with an improvement, at least I can go train the other skills. :)
