I’ve noticed lately that all the level 18 4.5+ star talent CD’s all have bad weaknesses and usually bad strengths.  What percent of the market are freshly created talent vs actual sells and auctions?  If some is fresh, why don’t any of the fresh talent have good strengths and weaknesses?

In URL u see the ID of personnel. That might be useful to reveal which CD are freshly created.

I'm sick of the same recycled CD's going round and around the transfer market, I've been waiting over 5 years for a decent CD, CD's decide season titles, everybody should be able to choose and train up which type of attributes their CD's have to make it fair.

Someone (kinda sure more than one did it actually) suggested the same idea of the academy last year, and the year before. Creating a building same as a driver academy (or using any of the actual ones) to train the staff. 

But the game makers seem to not want to consider that... I imagine it's so the fields are kind of spread and things change from season to season instead of having everyone strong all the time. However, this gives the people who posses CD with good strengths and crap weaknesses a huge advantage over the rest who don't, considering the amount of CD with good qualities are very few.

I don't like the staff academy, but I think being able to train them (although make sure it happens slowly), would make it interesting.

I, for example, would make it in a way so people can make offers to CD, TD and DR of other teams even being under a contract, so people can "steal" them and one player does not keep the same ones all the time. 

If you are in level 20 to say, and have a CD with speed advantage a cooling disadvantage, and 5 stars, you will never release this CD. But if someone from another team can make an offer to the CD and the CD accepts, paying a release clause, that team should be able to steal himher.

This way, things could get spiced up a bit, and things would change from season to season

Not a good idea I'm afraid. For one good CDs could easily become the monopoly of the players that buy tokens to buy money to pay huge amounts for CDs. The even bigger problem would be people using secondary accounts just to buy off their opponents staff, if possible right before a race even, just to hinder the research and development efforts.

I agree with Jessica. There should be something like a proper transfer market. And adding perharps the staff limit could be a solution.

Regarding the theft before the race, perhaps they could do it so there is a 1 race notice, so the theft cannot happen without the manager being able to find a replacement

staff limit would be a beautiful addition to the game. I would be more than happy to go down to 2 if the teams with 4-5+ were forced to do the same. Then at the players that have lives and can't just stare at the market all day would have a fair chance!

To make the system even more robust, it could be made so that only CDs in your team at the beginning of the season will affect your car, therefore there'll be no benefit to just buying the one you need from a secondary team or something. I really like this idea
