In my opinion Breaking Contracts with all staff /Drivers should be paid with full contract price for all not only with retiring staff unless the staff / driver is set for sale at Transfers Market and someone else get them. Also contract wage will be the same on next buyer if the contract was not over from previous team.
A) This will help in my opinion to avoid mass bits and moving around staff from managers with multiple teams.
B) Managers would get better contracts with good drivers as the wage can be lower if they get the driver direct from other team.
