Buy now didn't work

I tried to buy a DR that I shortlisted with buy now option. The tokens and money were withdrawed but she didn't came to my team and stayed in the market. I still waited for almost 3 hours to see if she would come but she didn't so I bought her the normal bid system and now she is in my team thankfully.

I still bought the staff with the normal bidding market (lucky me ?) and I will be short on money to pay for 1 more team staff.
I only wanted clarifications on what happened to my money and tokens that I used in the buy now option or if it just vanished inside the game.

Sorry! We were having a good rest during the weekend. I just reported this internally to the support team. They’ll assign you a new staff with the same skills as this one. I hope this fix the situation.
