What did you try to do?
Play quick race

What happened instead?
The loading of the race stops at 50% and says "Connection to server lost Problem connecting please reload"

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Iphone Xr

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
12.4.1

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes

Additional comments:
I've allready try to reinstall the app and to reconnect in my account but same result
