I've read that resetting an account is no longer possible, but an admin or mod of the site can delete an account and you can create a new one? I would like to have this done because I have friends I want to play with who would be creating new accounts, and with my car already being built up and the team being in the Pro league, it wouldn't be fun or fair for anyone.

You could just create a new account. If you want to re-use the same email address you have to change it for your old account first, though, either to a different or a non-existing one like adding a number into your old one. However if you ever feel to reactivate your old account changed to a fantasy email you will have to remember that address and your password as you wouldn't be able to receive a password reset mail obviously.
If you really want to delete your old account then email support@igpgames.com with your request, please.

Thank you, I can do that. I assume users can't set posts to resolved, but I say this is.
