Stars dropping

Hey there! Im a rookie with a few days under my belt here... Purchased 4,5* staff and  drivers and i notice they keep dropping half a star after each  race... Also my research keeps dropping aswell... Any idea why this happens? Maybe I did something wrong... I'd apreciate anyone landing me a hand here... Thanks!

You're leveling up after each race.  This causes the star rating of your drivers and staff to lower after each race.  Star ratings are based off your current level.  This situation will occur less regularly the higher your level gets.
