What did you try to do?
It was a rainy race so I was having to manually set my tyre preference before each pit stop. I missed an opportunity to select inters so the driver exited the pits on softs. I tried to hit the pit button but it wouldn’t work. The car did the whole stint on softs and wouldn’t pit as the button on the control panel wouldn’t acknowledge it.
What happened instead?
The driver lost at least 4 positions whilst on dry tyres during a wet race. The advanced set up doesn’t appear to work either as the cars should automatically switch tyres if set to do so. Please sort this out. I’ve lost my first potential 1 & 2 positions in the elite league costing me valuable points in a very competitive league.

Can the bug be reproduced?
It happened during a wet league race. I have had similar bugs before during the races. I wouldn’t like to repeat them as I lose league points.
Additional comments:
There’s no option to change many things during the race. You should be able to change set up when practicing in dry then racing in wet. The stability and functionality of the app on IOS is not good

Was the pit button working for the other stints or did you only pit automatically because of fuel and thus didn't try? Also the pit button was essentially not working for that whole stint?
The advanced setup gets deactivated once a manager comes online and stays deactivated for the rest of the race. This was introduced as quite some players complained about the advanced setup interfering with their strategy especially as it occasionally tried to pit those cars for every lap until they finally did pit for fuel, also sometimes there was the issue that players couldn't stop it in time pitting their cars unnecessarily.

Thank you both for replying.
So I used the advance set up before the race started. Within the advanced set up you set your car to automatically put if it rains to change to inters/wets on the level of water and also to pit when it stops for dry tyres after a certain amount of laps. This function never seems to work.
Whilst racing, if set up for a dry race and it begins to rain, you can’t change your set up during a pit stop for a wet set up. It’s remains at the dry set up level. It doesn’t effect the race too much but it would be a nice addition.
Back to the original issue, the call to pit button wouldn’t work at all. I tried it both way, through the strategy button at the bottom of the control panel and also the setting button at the top. Neither would work so he did the entire stint on dry tyres until he needed to pit for fuel.
