In debt need help

Hi used to play the game a lot but i didnt for 8 months and now that i am back im 230 million in debt and would like some tips to help me get back on track, btw i only have a good driver and pretty much no HQ or anything

I'm surprised IGP didn't just delete your account. Tbh, I'd restart fresh. It's not like you're level 20 or close to reaching a major milestone on this account. Things have dramatically evolved since you last played, doing some catching up might not be a bad idea either.
