I read a long time ago that it’s was impossible to train your pilot when he have 20 at Experience.
Is that still right ?
Or else my memory has failed?
My pilot have 20 at all capacity except Experience (19) and 1 in Mental (19)
Which one must I up in first ?

Training is still possible with experience at 20, it's even the way to go if you want a driver showing lvl 20. The thing you remember is probably weight not being trainable anymore if all other trainable skills hit 20.

I remember reading Jack saying that the weight bug was fixed some time ago.

That weight bug should be fixed, can't remember if I tested it myself yet, though. ;-) Just meant to say that it might be this training bug from the past that Jo remembered, but perhaps there were others I don't know of. The game was around quite some time already as I first joined, after all.
