Query about quick races

Hi, I just completed some quick races but I don't think I received any experience points on my driver attribute nor any level experience points. I'm very new to the game but I thought from reading the tutorial that you gained these points from quick races. So do I need to do more than a few to notice any gains or are you credited immediately after each quick race with the xp. Tnx in advance!

You do not get manager experience if you are in a league.
This was done to prevent training your manager more than other people in a league.

For driver's experience, you need to do 20 quick races to get 1 XP.
When doing league races, you need 10 races fonr 1 point.
