I will start of by saying that the wages for my team is a little over 2 million. But they are a great team. I place first and second frequently but the prize money is under a million, or no prize money. I’d like to know if it’s a bug or my team is costing me money. Thanks 👍

Are current primary and secondary sponsors iRacing and WTF1? As for staff, let your doctor's contract expire. Since your drivers' levels are the same as yours, the benefits of your doctor aren't as effective.

Your team shouldn't cost you money (yet) without HQ expenses, but according to your prize money you should be also getting the base money (listed as Sponsors in Finances) of approximately 1.8 million from your secondary sponsor (or a lot more prize money if you chose that way).
Later it's indeed not unusual for your team to cost money (especially with rotating CDs), but those token you also get are worth 1-1.5 million each by then, but once spending more than one per race on average on money it'd be really time to review the wage situation.
