So I noticed that leagues are split into 3 Tiers and there's a team in my league/tier that's won 4 races in a row and I've tried a lot in trying to keep up let alone win a race. My question is when I look at that teams drivers they have level 7 drivers and Im thinking my level 3 drivers don't stand much of a chance since for one my car isn't as much designed as others but also I can't sign drivers higher then level 3 cause Im only at level 3. If this is the case then how can someone who's at level 7 be considered a rookie? He's just cleaning house in the league that Im in and I've tried spying, doing better pit strategy's and trying to let my drivers to be aggressive and I still haven't gotten a finish higher then 4th(which I've gotten twice in the last 3 races). How can a level 7 be rookie and how can any of us noobs be competitive still?

I have a BIG concern about the HUGE gap between manager levels too.

On this account, In our league a new manager joined, level 10 with a 22% car a wipes the floor with us all.

IMO, manager level makes too much of a difference is speed on track. But thats just the way it is.

Manager level doesn't make any difference to speed tbh. Atleast not directly.

It's mostly about design and drivers.

For instance a level 15 manager with a 50% car, and a high talent driver who has poor physical is much worse off than a level 8 manager who has the same car and a high talent driver with excellent/maximum physical.

As long as you have kers, DRS, a good design balance and high talent drivers who are trained correctly, your manager level wont make any difference.

Edit: Just had a look at your driver vs the level 10 manager in your league Ignatius. I'm assuming you're talking Vinod Maskeri (team Colors). If so then that's definitely driver, not manager level. His driver has maximum physical and yours is no where even close to maximum. That alone is worth an abundance of time over an entire race.

You're absolutely right Jason..Honestly I even told the league host that if they think I have an unfair advantage, they just need to tell me about it.. I'll leave the league...in the meantime i'm doing 1 extra pit stop to decrease the gap, sometimes even 2 extra stop...it worked in one of the races as someone else had won... i'm looking for a promotion to elite as i missed it in the last 3 seasons in different leagues due to lack of active cars

agree with jason, last season i made 14/17 wins in a season, where there is some higher level manager and higher lvl driver, and the only advantage i had is my driver physical.

87 points from 6 races in your first rookie season is not that bad my friend. in my first rookie season, i can only score points when it was rain hit race :D
