I think giving the host the ability to send a mail to all of his league members was a great addition, when it was added in a recent update.
It really is a great thing to have but what would make it perfect would be to have the ability to target mails. So when you open the League Mail section you can select from Rookie, Pro, Elite, All. 
Because we have different rules in the different divisions, quite often I find myself sending a league-wide mail that only applies to 1/3 of the League

This would be brilliant! As Paul said it would make it so much easier to apply or discuss tier specific rules or just send special one off emails to a tier of choice.
