Everytime you extend a staff/driver contract the salary goes up 10%. (100k to 110k etc).
The higher level a staff/Driver, the bigger the salary will be.
However, if you sign drivers out of your Young Driver's Academy, the initial wages will be a lot lower than if you sign them off transfers.
