Please take into account, in connection with the innovations! Request for review by developers. In connection with the addition of yellow flags and a safety car, I propose not to allow those players to start the race, who did not go training. In order not to interfere with the active players during the race with their undershot tanks and breakdowns during the race. It is necessary to introduce a certain rule of 107%, as in real F1.  Those who do not undergo training are not automatically allowed to start qualifications and races. As well as in qualifications, those who do not get 107% also do not go to the start of the race .. Because of these players, the entire race breaks down for those who set up tactics and play actively.Or, do not take into account non-tuned players when determining the yellow flag and SC.

The field in iGP is usually too close together for a 107% rule to make a difference, also any such rule would hit active but a lot lower level teams, like in leagues that mainly consist of Elite only, first. For that later suggestion, a patch has already been applied that should stop yellow flags shown for cars running out of fuel in the pit lane and lower the number of times yellows are shown for cars coasting on the track.

Yes, the yellow flags have been fixed. well. but what to do with those players who do not play 4-5 races in a row? do not set up cars and do not repair them. but occasionally they come into the game and play. In this regard, their bolids do not compete with the rest. And they cause very, very great inconvenience to the rest of their retirement, breaking the rest of the game.  A couple of hours ago I had just such an embarrassment on another account! For 2 laps to the finish, several bolids massively left the race.By provoking a virtual safety car.  I won, but I should not have won if not for this.If another active player left, there would be no questions. As well as there were no questions regarding the winner, if these players were not allowed to start! It is necessary to play honestly, and not to arrange a lottery in the last circles who will win. Failure to start players who have not completed the practice would solve many problems with this !!!

Currently it's up to the league and its host to decide how they treat inactivity on their tiers and set rules for it. That usually works pretty well as this system can adapt to the managers participating, so some are hardcore about it and in others inactivity is no problem and everyone can stay until they get auto-kicked.

I just propose a way out of the situation. And in my opinion, quite effective. And if you kick all the players who do not play, then there will be no players left. The game already has an auto-kick, which is set by developers for each division of the league. Which is already good.Players are given a chance to return to the game if they have personal problems. Indeed, in the real formula1, if the teams did not participate in the practice, then they are not allowed to start, right? Right. Admission to the start occurs only if there has been some force majeure. And a separate commission, having considered all the circumstances, decides on the admission of teams to start the race.

The thing is, that system makes sense in F1 because you know all the teams are going to practice anyway and even if you lose one you still have 18 cars on the grid. In rookie it's very common to reach a point where only 1-4 teams are actually practicing, removing every other team would leave you with an empty race which is not what rookies like.

Plus if you did remove these teams, you are basically removing any chance of a double yellow flag, SC, etc, because it's not often that an active manager runs out of fuel and doesn't pit to ensure they don't retire and ofc an active manager can very easily keep their car and engine at a 0% chance of retirement.

But to compete, in fact, with bots, in which case is this normal? In my opinion, if in beginners one active player the rest do not play, then either look for another league.Or, all the same, to prevent unsettled players from starting and miss the race. Rather than go alone with these bots.In proposing my idea, I had in mind that this would apply to professionals and the elite. Recently, in newcomers in all leagues, with some exceptions, there has been almost zero activity!
