What did you try to do?
Set up new sponsor as mine have expired

What happened instead?
The page is blank every time since updating today

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
iPhone X

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
13.4

Can the bug be reproduced?
Same bug every time I try even after reboot

What did you try to do?
Brows to a car setup or strategy page

What happened instead?
It fully loads then disappears half the content. 

On strategy if I up or down on the wing/ride height (which is there) it all comes back

iPhone 11 pro

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes. Every time

This also happens in safari browser not just the app

I was. But ios13.4 is full release now.  Same issue.  


 No ad blockers.  

Same in app, safari and chrome

You’re still using Beta software, 13.4 isn’t a live version. We already know that all the iOS beta version have problem loading our web side. This happens with most of the games and platform since Safari is very unstable on the Beta version.

Since this isn’t a bug I move the topic.

You’re using Beta software, 13.4 isn’t a live version. We already know that all the iOS beta version have problem loading our web side. This happens with most of the games and platform since Safari is very unstable on the Beta version.

Screen went blank unable to choose options on either screens

Always happens since latest iOS update

Hello iOS users,

For the people on iOS 13.4 released version, are you using dark mode at all when you experience this issue? If you deactivate it does the problem go away.

I think we have made changes for this anyway, but if you still have the issue can you at least try switching this to see if their is any difference

It’s funny. It worked absolutely fine until you updated your version of the game, yet your blaming iOS?

Hello,

We already fixed this issue, it was an incompatibility between the last iOS version and some special effects in our page and tabs transitions.
