How about to create a search filter in transfer market...it is difficult to search a suitable player or staff by manually looking into each profile.... developers consider this in next update....

and
1) add some columns for specific pick, f.e. for strenght, for weakness or for age in any range (f.e. 30-50)
2) market can be "unlimited", not only one page with same randomly generated staff or drivers for sale. Can be available all drivers or staff for sale in whole game. (PS: This can be probably unreal to make - lot of staff and drivers was generated from game beginning, and now browse all, erased which retire and more and more other problems)
It's only a idea, nothing more :)) My English is not good, sorry for potentional nonsenses.
