Would drivers crash randomly? + Other Stuff

Hi, if drivers make a mistake, they crash, would their retirement reason say 'suspension'?

And I was thinking about is it possible that they should add gearbox and brake conditions?

If they make an unshedculed gearbox change, would they drop 5 spaces on the grid? And if the gearbox fails in the race, we get no grid penalty?

Drivers dont crash in the game.
I wouldn't mind to see it being implemented, but at the moment it isn't.

When your retirement says suspension, it just mean your suspension reached 0% condition because you didn't replace it.

could be interesting: Example: improper car configuration such as wrong wing setting ,,, can lead a crash...  In the real life that happens.

Crashes etc is something that will be implimented in the future but not yet.
