How about to bring chat message here....it brings more interest when we talk to other players....we can also trade or buy players to a particular user player when we have similar level(e.g buy option enables when both players are in level 9)....like it?

Are you suggestion something similair to mail? Mail means you can message any other manager in the game as long as they don't have privacy settings stopping it.
