Lost my driver

Hi I lost my driver as I thought it was only a staff member who's contract was running out and I dont remember seeing anything on my driver about his contract running out I had trained him to level 12 so now even tho I have the money and tokens to buy him back I am unable is anyone able to help me out our new season starts tonight please help
