Incorrect driver transferred when reserve was up for auction

What did you try to do?
After i had bought a highly rated driver for my level, Serkan Kerim, for 9 tokens, I changed him to a main driver and put the reserve, Olivia Torres, up for auction. I did not put Kerim up for auction at any point.

What happened instead?
I came back online to check if the Torres had been sold, but instead found that the Kerim has gone instead. Torres has instead been promoted back to main driver with Kerim seeming to have just vanished out of thin air.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?

What is the model of your device?
Huawei P30 Pro

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Android 9

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 10

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Google Chrome

Can the bug be reproduced?
Unsure as this was not in race client.

Additional comments:
This is also displaying in the app as showing the driver missing.

EDIT: So the driver I bought, Serkan Kerim, is displaying in repair car, but nowhere on the driver list??? These images were taken within seconds of each other.

It looks like that elusive transfers bug is rearing its head, again, I'm sorry it caused you trouble. I'll flag your thread for support for recompensation of your costs. 
Also you might try going to your driver selection and reselect and save your old one as active driver to reinstate him properly to avoid any problems caused by what looks like an incompletly saved automatic driver selection.

Thank you for replying. I have re-selected the drivers again and it's showing the two drivers I have correctly now, but the new driver is still missing as before.

You're welcome and yes, best way forward would be looking for a new replacement driver as the old one probably stays lost. Even if support finds, or you can point out, that vanished driver then that driver needs to be still without contract in order to be assigned to your team manually. If you get a new, hopefully even better, one just make sure to mention any extra costs this causes over your initial transaction so it can be considered in a refund.

Well I've found him, but he's since been snapped up by another user. Would it be possible for a cost compensation to be considered? Proof of driver history and signing fees (in-game cash, 9 tokens were used to quick sign):

Thanks for the update. Yes, that refund of the cost will be under way once support has time to process this case. As a volunteer mod, but normal player otherwise, I don't have that kind of power, naturally. ;-)

Hi @Lee

The driver for whom you made the offer as already reported by yourself was bought by another manager (the two bugs are related) . Unfortunately the driver was lost, but I can compensate you for the inconvenience this caused.
I returned the lost tokens and added a small compensation..
I brought this issue to the developments attention so that they can check that everything is working properly.
