Staff

Hi, 

I have a Technical Director (TD); His talent is 5. Secondly, my CD talent is 10. So, what I need to improve? Am I need to employ high quality staff? Or just stay low for awhile?

The staff's stars have the most influence on how good the staff member is. 5⭐ staff are the best and 1⭐ are the least effective. 
To improve your team, try to hire a 4.5⭐ or 5⭐ CD which has a strength in the Big 4* and a weakness outside of the Big 4*. Having more than one CD can be beneficial but is an expensive way of having staff. 

The numbers of stars on a staff member will change as you level up, so you need to try to keep hiring staff that are 4.5⭐ and above. 


* Big 4 = Acceleration, Braking, Downforce, Handling.
