Water Levels

How hard is it for the Technical Director to look at the road and give a number for the amount of surface water!?
Really annoying when get ??? until you do a run!

The water level on the home tab updates without having to use a practice lap.

Sometimes there is a small delay between rain starting to fall and water level raising.
I also encounter having to do wet setup when the level was still at 0mm...

It might be because the game handles only 2 significant digit, so between 0.01mm and 0.09mm it cannot show the level.
Then it reaches 0.1mm and you can see it instead of "???".

That doesn't always work sometimes it has question marks and the setup screen has level.

Wambou could be on to something... Quick races gives question marks lot's more often than league races.
Might also be giving question marks, when it loses the weather feed!

It only marks the if in the mm last 5 minutes someone has done a training lap
So after you run a lap, it knows it and can show it. 
Before probably no one in the whole game did a lap in the last 5 minutes
