No components till 12th Oct?

Ok so i have built up a starting 100% car for this season, but i cannot start building up for next season until 12th Oct?

i have the test rig and wind tunnel, with 20 designers each and usually i get a new part every 2 days, but why is the gap so long?

Josh, I just had a look at your account...

As you have a 100% car for this season, the game will slow the rate you develop at for next season. This is to prevent someone continually dominating the league.

If you assign more designers to a part it will develop sooner.
