Hello,
I bought a new driver with 18 talent(!) on my mobile(5min ago). Even I started to train him, but in on second I lost him. I don't see him in the mobile or desktop version, it is not there.
9 tokens for purchase (not auctions) also did not return to the account.

Can you check what happened? Can you give me back this driver becasue he is really nice(18 talent is great).

Edit:
I checked and in finance history is information that I paid 4.840mln for this driver and even money never come back to my account.

Additional comments:
Also in the financial history I have a bill for buying this driver. Money also did not return to my account.

Hello Dominik, I've notified support of this case so they can see what they can do. However it's likely they can only offer a refund because probably someone else hired the driver already. I'm sorry you had those difficulties and hope it all works out well.

Hi Frank,
Thank you for quick answer on it. I'm not sure if this driver ever come back to queue because I checked it immediately after I lost him from my Driver&Staff tab.

But of course I understand situation and I'm waiting for any feedback from support team.

For some strange reason, the driver ended up on another team, so unfortunately I can't bring him back on your team.
I have returned the money spent, the tokens and added a small fee.
