Scouting for drivers

Guys, I've strolled through 7 pages of help and support, and didn't see this question. So, scouting for driver in your academy costs 1 token, it is another 15 tokens to promote him. Isit just me or that's crazy expensive?
  1. How many upgrades you can do to an academy?
  2. How many times in a season can you scout? 
  3. How long will driver stay visible before you decide to promote him? 
  4. From which level academy is even worth to start scouting at all?
  5. If you have any other suggestions about this thread, please share.

Here are answers from my experience:

1. You can upgrade the academy up to 20, but you are limited by your level cap


2. You can scout how often you want/can


3. They seem to stay for ever in the academy


4. You scout to find Talent 20 Drivers.
   Before level 12-13, the chances to have them is really low, so scouting before that is not that useful.


5. Do not upgrade academy too soon, Design, Technology and Manufacturing is more important.
   Also, once you have Talent 20 Drivers, you can keep them for quite a while, so no need to do it too often.
   Finally, the higher the academy, the better the drivers, so don’t rush too soon.

I waited to have Youth Academy level 13 to start scouting, I promoted only 2 drivers for now to be my actual team.
