How To Submit a Ticket to the Helpdesk

Based on something I saw in one of the threads, I thought it might be useful to post some instructions on how to submit a ticket.

At the top right corner of your screen is the word Account (in english anyway) with a downward triangle indicating a dropdown menu (it is in the yellow square on the picture below).

When you hover over the word, it will be highlighted to show you where to click. From the list of available choices click on Help.

It will bring you to a page with some information about the different places that game help is available. The last option is Contact Support and in that line there is a link for the iGP Manager Support Helpdesk.

This will bring you to the Helpdesk page for your account. There is a button along the left side called New. Click that button and it will open template which you can fill in with the details of the issue you are having and submit it.
