I’ll start off with what I have been doing so far. I have a spreadsheet holding my drivers’ attributes before the races, after the races, beginning of the current season and of the time I hired them, also training values. Then these are compared showing me changes in attributes after the race, after the training, this season and overall.
Seeing these changes allows me to counter natural decrease of skills and set goals for training.

What I am suggesting is that these changes are shown in game. This would make a nice premium feature for those who pay for the game as it saves their time while it doesn’t give them any real advantage.

As of the way these should be shown, I’m fine with numeric values but nice graphs and charts would make it even better.

i do exactly the same with my drivers, and with my setups too
it could be great to take back your previous season setup for a track (that could be much more efficient with the simulator)

another point to figure out how the race was (because you can\'t focus on everything displaying on the screen) would be a kind of chart to see how position did evolve and who did what (i.e. John Doe switched from Soft to Hard tyres on lap 25)

\"Pierre-Antoine
it could be great to take back your previous season setup for a track (that could be much more efficient with the simulator)

This already happens. The \"Load\" button on the next race preparation for each driver can load all of your previous season strategies and setups from the same circuit. In the first season there are no previous races there, so the list is empty, but from the second season onwards it is populated.

For the OP suggestion, that can be done. We already store the attributes from before and after each training session with the intention of implementing this in a future patch.

Awesome! Most important are the changes after races so you can see if and by how much skills have degraded.
