This is current F1.. Well, with the Tyres / Red Bull BS / Looking after the little upstart Vettle and things like this going on week in and week out... I give up on F1.

I can count on my hands with how many F1 races I've missed since the mid to late 80's.. This new F1 is dull and to corporate for me... B.T.C.C only from now on. :)

On one hand, i completely agree with you.

on the other hand  ''if Mark had been walking across where I went then I would have run him over''

I understand a fine or something along the lines.. but to drop him 10 places.. nah.

Vettle gets way way way to much protection and it's for 1 reason. To sell tickets because of his age and so on.. The BBC mentioned him in the same breath as Senna !!! Not a chance. He could not lace Senna's boots. Vettle is good, but he is not great and not even in the top 20 of drivers of all time and I am sick of the protection he gets!

No one said anything about him turning another driver around on the opening laps at Brazil.. Nothing was said.. Yet he put himself in a place that the driver (Who was in front.) couldn't turn in and Vettle ended up turning someone 180 degrees and out of the points.. Nothing was done or even said.. It's a joke..

At least with the Schumi years. It was Schumi who dragged them teams up and put them on the top step.. Vettle couldn't do that.

This with Webber is it for me. I will keep watching to see the end of Webbers stint in F1 and then they can shove next seasons horrible (Bumble bee) engine where the sun doesn't shine..
It's good job Webber isn't going to carry on, as with next years cars if the KERS fail, you are fininshed.. The KERS will be a huge part of the power output next season.. There will be so many DNFs over KERS fails. meh. not thanks.

BTCC all the way. :)

both received the same, a reprimand, but Webber had 2 previous reprimands so he got that penalty. I disagree with both reprimands, why is banned? is a stupid rule, another one...
Webber is a great driver, but had really bad luck, is sad to see him leaving the F1.

Webber and Alonso only got a reprimand. That this is the third reprimand of Webber is irrelevant.

Webber put himself in danger. He ignored instructions of the marshalls and ran back onto the track, other cars had to take evasive action to avoid him. Alonso parked in the middle of the track.

Did you see Leimer and Rossi crash in GP2? Think about what would have happened to Alonso's car after he picked up Webber.

Regardless, what Webber did is a bit like this:

I too think it's fine to get a lift, but ffs don't do it on the middle of the racing line.
