if a driver is 10 % ready for race , will that percentage grow in days or it stays so ??????

I think a young driver needs 20 races to be hired, not days, but I dont know it exactly, Im level7 :)

it will grow, by between 1-5% each race depending on how much money you spend with the little slider

You can hire them at any point during the training process & even leave them there fully trained for a while if you want to.

if you wait what happens? his stats get boosted? or what? (Im level7 and cant test it, but want to know what to do when i get lvl10)
