How much does talent change the pilots driving succes? What does it influence?

Having high talent drivers helps in better driving. They will make less mistakes during a race and be more consistent. But you should also get your strategy right as most managers will get a talent 20 driver as you progress through the tiers so by the time you are very experienced, talent wont affect much but strategy and how you control the race could affect your game. Also your car design should be good for that talent to show.

Not sure it's quite that clear. People are certainly more aware of the talent attribute, but has anyone done any back-to-back testing?

Is a 20 that much better than 19?
