Auction didn't go to knockout?

3 Bidders on a 5 star doctor, user Jazen Miller bids at 3 seconds to go as Initial round counts to zero. I waited for the obligatory Knockout rounds to begin so i could bid again, BUT it showed up as auction LOST! I had plenty of cash and stars so thats not the problem! 

My only reaction is they cheated. Explanation out of that please.

Thanks, Compensation not important, i flagged it as it needs addressing. I see the current auction method is only good for rinsing you of tokens any how. To much token use needed. I understand the need to generate income but being able to buy tokens is also cheating the game-play.

How are you so sure you're hack proof?

We apologize for the inconvenience, we're aware of this problem.
Our developers are investigating a bug where players used tokens to enter the auction, but are unable to continue to the knockout rounds, seeing the same LOST message. However, your account history does not display any bids for the doctor, so no tokens were lost. Is it possible you thought you submitted a bid but did not realize one was not submitted?

Don't worry, the developers are fixing the transfer problem.
As for the manager you mentioned, I don't know what you're referring to, but there's nothing wrong with him.
