Training driver to level 20 5

Hi guys
Just a quick question. How would you train a driver with talent of 20 to level 19 or 20 with 5 star rating.

Hi Martin, 

To have a Level 20 driver you need to train everything but 1 trait, reach Experience 20, then finish training the last trait.

Level is not important, what counts are the traits levels.
