I can´t change tyres before race starts [2]

I was trying to change tyres at the grid after weather changes befor race start.

I wasn't able to change my tyres a few minutes before the start even with the right advanced setup.

We can redo the error if we have another weather change before the race. Almost every manager had some issue yesterday.

We have some managers with some problems when we have weather changes.

We can give you some reports about what we are experiencing. Maybe it will be helpfull to you.

Yesterday at the beggining managers were able to change tyres only near the chat, and to change it we were having to choose the tyre and hit the PIT NOW button but everyone that tryed this were able to do only with more than 5minutes left to race start. I've tryed lasting less then 3minutes and couldn't change tyres.

I know another manager that made the dry setup stating with SS and the advanced setup with Inter over 2mm and also Inter if rain stops and at the grid he was with SOFT tyre and he wasn't able to change tyres. He tryed to change to I when it was 0.7mm.

As you can see we are experiecing diffent issues related to this situation.

These problems, were they encountered from the strategy panel at the bottom (next to the driver), the main panel or both?
Also, have you encountered this kind of problem again?

We were experiencing this specially at the main panel once that the bottom one wasn't giving us the opportunity to change tyres anyway.

I don't know if you have changed anything this week. Unfortunately this last Monday despite the rain befor the race I didn't tryed to change tyre anyway because I was afraid of do it and can't change it back again. Althought this, I've noticed that tyres were appearing (S, I and W) in both panel.

This last race I don't know if anyone experiencied any problem to change tyre. I only noticed one car running fast but with the panel was showing him as S (soft tyres) in his first stint. I will ask to the other managers if anyone had any problem. If I have any new I can come back here and tell you.

EDITED: I ask at our group of managers and some of them told that they have experienced problems with the advanced strategy because they've configured it but they have done the qualy with the wrong tyre. Some with I (inter) and others with S (soft) but they were able to change again to W (wet) at the grid.

If you say that you have made any change this last week and tell us how to use it properlly I can try again next time with weather change.
