New Sponsor & Bonus System

As you know, we have two sponsor (primary and secondary). Both of them gives some income and some bonus for constant 10 races. For bonus income, there is some concerns that objectives are not fair (https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/34935). Here is my suggestion:

We will continue to have two sponsor with different aspect.

Global Sponsor: One Global Sponsor will be signed pre-season (may be half season) and will be valid for all season (may be for half season) not far 10 races. It will give three different payment:
G.1 Daily Constant Payment: Either gold or cash, may be combination of both per race day. No difference between current situations.
G.2 Race Performance Bonus: There will be different target bonus levels that will be decided by manager. It is the main difference. For example, the bonus per race:
     Sponsor-A: Winning: 500K, Podium: 400K and Top Sixth: 300K
     Sponsor-B: Podium: 450K, Top Sixth: 350K and Top Tenth: 250K
     Sponsor-C: Top Sixth: 400K, Top Tenth: 300K and Top 16th: 200K
     Sponsor-D: Top Tenth: 350K, Top 16th: 250K and Finish: 150K
G.3 Season Target Bonus: Managers will be choose their season (may be half season) target. The payment will be made at the end of period (either end of season or end of half season) depending on season long. For example, season bonus per race:
     Sponsor-A: Champion: 50K, Top Third: 30K
     Sponsor-B: Top Third: 45K, Top Sixth: 25K
     Sponsor-C: Top Sixth: 40K, Top Tenth: 20K
     Sponsor-D: Top Tenth: 35K, Top 16th: 15K

For example: for 20 Race Season Length, if one driver performance is One Winning, One Second Position, 5 times Third Position, 7 times Forth Position, 5 times Fifth Position and two times Sixth Position and finish season in 3rd position.  Overall league, total bonus income will be (both race performance and season performance and excluding daily constant bonus):
     Sponsor-A: Daily: 6800K Season: 600K Total: 7400K
     Sponsor-B Daily: 7700K Season: 900K Total: 8600K
     Sponsor-C Daily: 8000K Season: 800K Total: 8800K
     Sponsor-D Daily: 7000K Season: 700K Total: 7700K

Besides, if you continue with previous sponsor, onetime 5% additional may be applied.

Local Sponsor: One Local Sponsor will be signed for each race and will be valid for single race. It will give two different payment (similar to current). Due to it’s daily, it will help daily active players.
L.1 Daily Constant Payment: No difference between current situations.
L.2 Race Performance Bonus: There will be different target bonus levels that will be decided by manager. It is the main difference. For example, the bonus per race:
     Sponsor-A: Winning: 100K, Podium: 80K Daily Constant: 30-40K
     Sponsor-B: Podium: 90K, Top Sixth: 70K Daily Constant: 25-35K
     Sponsor-C: Top Sixth: 80K, Top Tenth: 60K Daily Constant: 20-30K
     Sponsor-D: Top Tenth: 70K, Top 16th: 50K Daily Constant: 15-25K

     Sponsor-A: Bonus: 580K

Overal, bonus target should be selected by manager. That will be either race based or season based. 

This will be very helpful to new comers.
And Championship prize money can create interest among active players.

I agree, it wants a change, a few of my friends stopped playing this game due to a bad reward system, but also errors with the tires, but that's another thread :)

I agree completely, I think you should have more sponsors. Like a 3rd and 4rd sponsor. Giving you some bonus, like more cooling, tyre economy but not the big 4. And another giving you a boost or Drs bonus. And I would also enjoy being able to choose where to place my sponsors in the car. Also I think there should be a limit of persons per league that could have the same sponsor. They all should be chose during the pre-season.

More sponsor will be nice. 

Yes it would make the game extra hard, and make room for more strategies
