Upgrade Drive Talent

Driver talent if can should be can upgrade also 

Why not upgrade your youth academy if you want drivers with higher talent.  Or, snag a higher talent driver from the transfers?

Why don't we send our driver to academy again, depending on his talent, he will spend some days to improve with some amount of gold. Also, he can't race some days. For example,
Talent 1-5, 1 gold and 1 day, he can gain 1 talent for each send (he can race during academy time) 
Talent 6-10, 2 golds and 2 days, he can gain 1 talent for each send (he can race during academy time)
Talent 11-15, 4 golds and 4 days, he can gain 1 talent for each send (he can't race during academy time)
Talent 16-20, 6 golds and 6 days, he can gain 1 talent for each send (he can't race during academy time)

Some cap may apply such as one driver can send max 3 academy for all life or 1-2 train per 20 day/season.
