Pit team or Coach update

I have an idea of a new staff member. The coach. The coach would influence the driver’s training. And you could contract retired drivers to become coaches, the better their stats has driver. The better they would be has coaches.
The other staff would be the pit team. He would impact your pits time. And the pit time would be relative to the track/pit team level. No more in the same track someone getting 4.5 seconds pit and you getting 4.9 randomly.

As I have to choose I go with the pit crew, as that brings something new to the game (or rather something old back into the game as the previous major version had them already). Whereas the coach is just the same as the doctor, just doing it slightly different. However a coach could beef up the Youth Academy part, but I'm not sure if that's worth the effort really, or desired as the game more aims at giving a lot of options with few simple screws on the surface and not so much offering lots of settings and mechanics doing little each.

That’s a good opinion. I think that the pit team would be really cool, last race I managed to get 5th because I got a 0.4 seconds slower out than most persons.
