Unable to join certain league

What did you try to do?
Trying to join https://igpmanager.com/app/p=league&id=15322 as our current league is closing down due to numbers. 3 members have already moved, however when i follow the link join is not lit up. I can see that Pro is 13/16 and Rookie 8/16 but no option on either. Clicking join says league is full.

What happened instead?
Nothing, can't search the league by id, name or owner, no results.

Yes, just visit link for league 15322.
Any league that does show in search has join option showing.

Additional comments:

sorry, didn't realise, thouhgt you could join lower but with penalties/ballast as if relegated.

Spot freed up now so have moved finally.
